I joined Keller Williams Colorado West Oct 1 of 2019. One of the reasons it was such an appealing brokerage for me was the coverage of the state of Colorado. There’s a great office in Montrose, and the main office is in Grand Junction. I am at the Glenwood Springs office.
As I came to know investors, I realized that people’s imaginations of their real estate portfolio does not correspond to just one multiple listing service.
As a member of the Glenwood Springs Association of Realtors, I use flex mls, the multiple listing service that the Aspen Association of Realtors and the Glenwood Springs Association of realtors both agree to use.
I’m also a member of GJARA the multiple listing service that covers Grand Junction but so many more towns in the West.
So if you’re in the Roaring Fork Valley and interested in investing in other areas in Western Colorado, I have all of the tools to analyze those investments. If you want to sell in the Roaring Fork Valley and move to Grand Junction, or vice versa, let me know.
I have a blog post about each community in my service area with links to market snapshots, and a market report attached.
My goal is to provide great service, and it starts with seeing where your particular home sale or purchase fits in the market. Nevertheless, you’ll need more information to set the price of your home if you’re selling. Do not hesitate to reach out because I will use the data comparison programs available to me to analyze comparable sold homes.
Keller Williams is a great brokerage to be with partially because of the leadership at the national level. Read the OutFront magazine to get great information on the real estate market of the moment, and the culture at Keller Williams.
Two of my favorite new podcasts were the brain childs of Keller Williams’ agents.
On Empire Builders successful women team leaders discuss in detail “how tos” in building a big business and bigger life.
On the One Thing, you can hear interviews about people who drilled down to specific tasks and set goals to take their businesses to the next level.
I’ve met so many great Keller Williams agents who have inspired me, and I’ve gotten as many uplifting life tips as I have real estate business guidance.
A big thank you to Amanda Potter for being our managing broker and to Brandon Lowder for being our new team leader.
What you can expect from Keller Williams Colorado West LLC in the next year are new programs for Commercial Real Estate, Land, and Luxury Real Estate.
One of my favorite things about real estate is the constant journey of learning more. About the industry, about how I can serve others, about creating a great transactional experience for everyone involved.
